- Player Name: A display name you choose for multiplayer sessions within the App
- Custom Card Decks: Prompts, dares, and questions you write when building custom decks
- Subscription Status: Whether you have an active Premium subscription — payment is processed entirely by Apple and we never see your payment details
Automatically Collected Information
- Device Information: Device model, iOS version, and app version
- Usage Data: Game sessions, scores, and rounds played
- Game History: Records of completed games, stored locally on your device only
Candor does not use your device's camera or microphone at any point. No audio or video is ever captured, recorded, or transmitted by the App.

- Provide and maintain the App's core functionality across all game modes
- Enable real-time multiplayer sessions for up to 20 players
- Process Premium subscription purchases via Apple
- Save your game history and custom card decks locally on your device

Tracking and Advertising
We do not track users across third-party apps or websites. We do not use your data for targeted advertising. We do not share your data with advertising networks. The App does not use Apple's Advertising Identifier (IDFA) or any equivalent tracking technology.

Data Storage and Security
- On-Device Storage: Game history, custom card decks, player preferences, and pack selections are stored locally on your device
- Multiplayer Sessions: Real-time game data (room codes, player names, scores, and game state) is temporarily stored on Firebase servers solely to enable multiplayer functionality. This data is automatically deleted within 24 hours after a game session ends
- No Permanent Cloud Storage: We do not maintain a permanent cloud profile or database record for individual users
- Encryption: We use industry-standard encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our servers
- No Data Sales: We never sell your personal information to any third party, under any circumstances

Third-Party Services
Apple App Store
All subscription purchases are processed and managed by Apple. Apple's Privacy Policy applies: apple.com/legal/privacy
Firebase (Google)
Used exclusively for real-time multiplayer game sessions. Only the minimum data required to run a session (room code, player names, scores, and current game state) is transmitted. Firebase Privacy Policy: firebase.google.com/support/privacy
We do not use any analytics, advertising, or other third-party SDKs beyond Apple and Firebase.

Age Rating and Mature Content
The App is rated 17+ on the App Store. Some card packs contain mature themes intended for adult audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
The only user-provided data the App handles is a player display name used during multiplayer sessions and the content of any custom card decks a user creates — all stored locally on their device.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at support.tipsypixel@gmail.com and we will promptly address it.

Your Rights and Controls
- Access: All your data is stored on your device and accessible to you at any time
- Delete Game History: You can clear game history at any time via Settings
- Delete Custom Decks: You can remove any custom card deck you've created at any time within the App
- Uninstall: Deleting the App removes all locally stored data from your device. Multiplayer session data on Firebase is automatically purged within 24 hours regardless

California residents have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act:
- The right to know what personal information is collected about them
- The right to delete personal information
- The right to opt-out of the sale of personal information

European Privacy Rights (GDPR)
- Legal Basis: We process minimal data on the basis of legitimate interest (multiplayer functionality) and your consent (optional features such as custom deck creation)

- Retention: Multiplayer session data is deleted within 24 hours. All other data resides on your device under your full control
